This guide helps identify and resolve error codes displayed on OVE smart toilets. Depending on the model, toilets signal issues using either:

  • Eaton & Ella → Indicator light patterns

  • Clarke & Monroe → Digital error codes

How to Use the Tool

  1. Open the file in any web browser

  2. Type a keyword in the search bar — examples:

    • E2, seat sensor, not heating, inlet, etc.

  3. Review the row:

    • Likely cause

Reset Steps

  1. Record the toilet model, UID, and error code

  2. Unplug the toilet for 1 minute to reset

  3. Plug it back in and retest

  4. If the error persists → open a support ticket
