Saga Flush Screw Adjustment
To fix a toilet that seems to be on a constant flush, adjust the "Fill Rod Screw" by turning it clockwise to shorten the length.
- Remove the seat cover from the toilet.
 - Gently turn the seat cover sideways to expose the flush rods (or rod) underneath.
 - Locate the "Fill Rod Screw" on the flush rod assembly.
 - Turn the "Fill Rod Screw" clockwise to shorten the length of the rod.
 - Observe the effect of the adjustment on the flush mechanism.
 - Test the adjustment by pushing the manual flush button.
 - Observe the back and forth movement of the rod when the manual flush button is pressed.
 - Make further adjustments if necessary to achieve the desired flushing behavior.
