Limited Warranty

  1. This warranty extends only to the original owner user for personal household use only. For commercial uses, additional limitations may apply.
  2. OVE warrants your satisfaction with each product. Should any product not meet your satisfaction due to a visual defect, simply return it to your retailer with the original packaging, PRIOR TO INSTALLATION, for a replacement.
  3. Please note that OVE is not responsible for installation or removal costs. 
  4. Modification of any product’s components may void the warranty. This warranty does not cover any claim arising from abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, improper installation or operation on the part of the purchaser. This warranty is void if OVE’s product is subject to alterations, or if repairs were done to the product.
  5. This warranty does not extend to any components installed by dealers, installers or by any party other than OVE.
  6. Implied warranties, including that of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
  7. OVE disclaims any liability for special, incidental or consequential damages.

Shower Doors, Bases, & Walls

OVE warrants all glass doors, bases and walls to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the initial date of purchase.

Shower Hardware

OVE warrants all shower hardware to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase.

Freestanding Bathtubs

OVE warrants all acrylic freestanding bathtubs to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the initial date of purchase.

Walk-In Bathtubs

OVE warrants all acrylic walk-in bathtubs to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of five (5) year from the initial date of purchase.

Vanities

OVE warrants all vanities to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase.

Faucets

OVE warrants all faucets to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase.

Toilets

OVE warrants all toilets to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years on fittings and twenty (20) years on ceramic components from the initial date of purchase.

Smart Bidet Toilets

OVE warrants all smart bidets toilets to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year on electric / electronics components, one (1) year on fittings and five (5) years on ceramic components from the initial date of purchase.

Outdoor

OVE warrants all outdoor products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year on all components and fabrics (if not Sunbrella/Outdura) and five (5) years on Sunbrella/Outdura fabrics from the initial date of purchase.

Lighting

OVE warrants all lighting products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase.

Mirrors

OVE warrants all mirrors to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase.

Kitchen Furniture

OVE warrants all kitchen furniture to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase.

Barn Doors

OVE warrants all barn doors to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the initial date of purchase.
