Limited Lifetime Warranty (Extended Warranty Program)

OVE Decors provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty for select products. If your purchase came with a Limited Lifetime Warranty card, it means your product is eligible for this program. To activate your warranty, please post a review of the product on the Costco website for purchases made at Costco, or on the Amazon product page for items bought through Amazon. Then, email us a screenshot of your review. For purchases from other retailers, please leave your review directly on the product page of our website. After we verify your purchase and review, we will email you the Limited Lifetime Warranty card.

Costco Purchases

  1. Post a review on the Costco website and send us an email with a screenshot of your review, including the product's name.
  2. After validation, an email containing the Extended Warranty card will be sent to you within 7 days.

Amazon Purchases

  1. Post a review on the Amazon website and send us an email with a screenshot of your review, including the product's name.
  2. After validation, an email containing the Extended Warranty card will be sent to you within 7 days.

All Other Retailers

  1. Find the product on our website and leave a review on the product page.
  2. Input the code into the specified field in your review. This code is located on a card that comes inside the box at the time of purchase.
  3. After validation, an email containing the Extended Warranty card will be sent to you within 7 days.
